Below are our top tips for cleaning, protecting, and maintaining your hand-painted sculpture — whether it’s indoors or braving the Florida sun.

Wipe Gently, Not Aggressively
Dust and dirt? Just use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down your statue. Avoid scrubbing, scouring pads, or harsh cleaning sprays. Your sculpture is art — treat it like a painted canvas.

No Harsh Chemicals
Avoid bleach, alcohol-based cleaners, or anything abrasive. These can damage the paint or protective coating. Stick to water and mild soap if needed.

Check for Chips or Cracks
Over time, even the most durable pieces can take a hit. If you notice a chip or scuff, let us know. We offer touch-up kits and tips for a quick refresh.
Outdoor Protection
DON’T Add UV-Resistant Sealant
Our pieces come pre-sealed for outdoor use, we don’t recommend applying anything.
Secure in Windy Areas
If your sculpture is lightweight and in a high-wind area, secure it to a base or with discreet landscape anchors to prevent tipping or shifting.
Shade is Your Friend
While our paints are outdoor-safe, prolonged direct sunlight can cause fading over time. Placing your sculpture near trees, awnings, or partial shade can help extend the vibrancy of your finish.
Extreme Weather? Bring It In.
If you’re in an area with snow, hurricanes, or heavy storms, we recommend moving your sculpture indoors or covering it with a breathable tarp during off-season months.
Don’t Let Water Pool
If your sculpture sits on a flat base, avoid placing it where water collects. Elevate slightly if needed, or place on stones, mulch, or a base plate to improve drainage.
