All products sold are:
- Hand-painted and individually finished
- Subject to natural variations in color, texture, brushwork, and finish
- Considered art pieces, not mass-produced items
No two pieces will be identical. By purchasing, you accept artistic variation.
2. Orders & Payment Terms
Full payment is required before any work begins
No production, customization, or reservation of inventory will start without payment
We reserve the right to:
Cancel or refuse any order
Limit quantities
Verify payment before processing
3. Custom & Commissioned Work
Custom orders include:
Personalized statues
Color modifications
Size adjustments
Any made-to-order or altered item
Terms:
100% non-refundable
Final sale—no cancellations once production begins
Customer is responsible for:
Approving design direction
Providing accurate details
Process:
We may provide:
Progress updates
Scheduled calls upon request
Timeline may vary depending on complexity
4. Production Timelines
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed
Delays may occur due to:
Weather (affects painting/drying)
Material availability
Workload volume
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free where specified, but:
Method and carrier are determined by us
May include freight delivery for large items
Important:
Customer must ensure:
Accurate delivery information
Safe and accessible delivery location
We are not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Missed delivery appointments
6. Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise approved
We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to approve returns
No Returns For:
Custom/commissioned items
Used or installed items
7. Damaged Items (Strict Window)
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Must include:
Photos of packaging
Photos of damage
Resolution may include:
Replacement
Store credit
Partial refund

Improper installation or handling
Environmental damage (wind, water, sun exposure)
Natural wear over time

All designs, artwork, and images are owned by Sculpture Shops.
