Got an idea we haven’t heard before? Even better.
Some custom orders may require extended lead times. For example, if a customer requests a unique color that isn’t in stock, we’ll need to order specialty paint — which can take about 8 days to arrive before we even begin painting. Or if a customer wants a sculpture customized — like adding a butterfly welded to a cat’s nose — that piece needs to be handcrafted from scratch. These one-of-a-kind creations take time, but we promise they’re worth the wait.
